International Employees & Dependents

All international employees and their dependents (age 13+), enrolled in the Cigna international health plan are eligible. Living Well Health Center will bill International Cigna insurance. If the employee works in another country and travels to Redmond for business, can only see services covered by the Cigna plan. Cannot be seen for preventative visits or ongoing physical rehabilitation. Only rehab that is related to injury while traveling.
In addition, Microsoft employees covered by the Worldwide Emergency Assistance Program (WEA) may use the Living Well Health Center for short-term treatment of minor injuries or illness covered by WEA. For example, this coverage would include short-term care for an accident that occurred while traveling, but not for ongoing care.
