About Christina Palumbo, DPT
Christina starts every morning with a cup of coffee and a crossword puzzle to get her mind stimulated, while fending off her cat and dog from eating her breakfast to get in a quick workout.
When she’s not working at Living Well Health Center, she works as a physical therapist at an assisted living facility. As a therapist in either realm, she's focused on getting her patients moving and back to what they love the most. Whether that's a walk around the block or going to a workout class without pain. Christina tries to educate everyone on moving in safe ways and to decrease any fears they may have about the rehab process.
I work in healthcare, specifically physical therapy, because I enjoy the patient/provider interaction and finding the root of a problem. I enjoy being the person behind the scenes getting my patients back to doing what they want.
Most nights you can find her curled up on the couch binge watching a show she's seen 100 times already (here's looking at you, Will and Grace), enjoying a dinner with friends, or folding her laundry from 2 weeks prior.
