Effective May 5th, you will have the ability to view past and upcoming estimated balances and submit payments directly through your Crossover Patient Portal. Online payments will continue to be accepted via Patient Notebook until April 30th, 2026. Please note there will be a four-day payment processing blackout period as we transition payment tools.
